The Pomeranian Breed
Pomeranians were bred into
the Chihuahua lines many years ago in order to obtain the long-coat genetics. AKC's web site states that Poms should
be 3-7 pounds as adults, with the preferred weight 4-6. PA, WV, and Ohio have mostly "fox-faced" Poms, and,
that, usually 10-14 pounds. Dori x Shadow have produced 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 pound (adult weight) puppies while
Angel x Shadow have produced 4-6 pound puppies (adult weights) of higher quality. Pomeranian bones, being so thick and dense, will weigh more heavily
on the scale. They are quite "coaty" and do shed but proper brushing and grooming should decrease shedding
to almost nothing. Poms are highly affectionate and people-pleasing; they have invited our little Mahlee to carry them
and seem to LOOOOVE that! Strange that an in-tact male would be rapturously in love with a five-year-old, yet our Shadow
would let Mahlee do ANYTHING to him, and I mean anything, as would any of our Poms. Continually happy and always
energeticly loving, they are a great family dog!

Our camera and photo-editing program does not allow us
to repair eye-photo issues satisfactorily; the above photo was "doctored" only in the eyes, though it is a pretty
good likeness of what Angel looks like.
Angel
Angel is a BEAUTIFUL Pomeranian who is a fine example of what a Pomeranian should look like. She and
Shadow are gorgeous in conformation (body structure) and personality but Angel has no papers. While I had contemplated
my not breeding her because of lack of papers I don't yet have an equal-quality replacement for her. Her beauty
is VERY hard to find in WV/PA, most of which have "fox" faces. While I am looking for a suitable Pomeranians
to breed, Angel or Dori and their puppies are the only Pomeranians I have.
Angel's Litter
Being quite beautiful in conformation (body characteristics) and personality, the remaining (year-old)
puppies are gorgeous, especially at this price. Angel's photographic face demonstrates the lady-like personality
she has, found in her son, Beau. Currently vaccinated, rabies vaccinated, and $50 towards their spay/neuter IF fixed
within 30 days of taking them home (some restrictions apply) with our vet, Babette
Simms of Mannington Animal Hospital.
Beau, an orange with white male with exceptionally loving and sweet personality. $450 with
*$50 towards spay/neuter if certain conditions are met. Bubbles, female, an orange with sabling $350 with
*$50 towards spay/neuter if conditions are met.
Date of
Birth: August 2010, making 16 months near Christmas
* I will pay Babette Simms $50 towards the bill if you spay/neuter the dog with Babette Simms at the Mannington
Animal Hospital (Farmington, WV) within 30 days of taking the dog home. See contract/Bill of Sale for details.
